Precious Pets

I am Jack Ferrario BVSc MRCVS, the vet behind Precious Pets at home euthanasia.

After graduating from Liverpool University in 2016 I became a first opinion Veterinary Surgeon and now proudly co-own a large, small animal practice in Stockport. Outside of work, I enjoy time with my family and animals on our farm in Cheshire. 

 

​I love all aspects of my job including medical and surgical, and over the years have always always felt honoured to be a part of so many pets lives from their first injections to their last moments.

As a Vet I have learned how important it is to clients to give their pets the most dignified, loving and gentle end of life care as they possibly can when that time comes...which is why I became one of the first vets in the North West to offer pet euthanasia at home.  

​

Whilst some clients have their pets put to sleep in a veterinary practice, some worry about the possible stress that comes with it and the feeling of it being less personal and rushed. 

 

​Home euthanasia offers what some would say is a more 'positive' experience by ensuring your beloved pet is in the comfort of their own home with familiar smells, sounds and their family that can make their last moments more of a special celebration of life.​​
